The 8th annual 50's Fest and Car Cruise will be held on the downtown streets of historic Waynesburg, Pa. on Saturday September 12, 2009 from 10-4 p.m.

Over 200 cars, trucks and motorcycles of all years attend this family event every year. The "rides" get to park in front of our stores and in nearby parking lots.

There will be a live D.J., live music groups, good food being served by local merchants in front of their stores and eat in our local restaurants,merchant specials and drawings in our stores, activities for kids of all ages.

Each "ride" gets a free picture of his "pride and joy", free movies in our historic theater, dress in your 50's best and do the twist, free dash plaques and special t-shirts that are done by a local artist will be on sale at a good price.

Back by popular demand is the pedal car auction. Local body shops will customize the pedal cars for a one-of-a-kind collectible – don't miss the auction! Children will be allowed to race them in front of the courthouse. Then an auctioneer will auction them off to the highest bidder.
